Job description

Role – Senior Technical Analyst (L1 Support)

Experience – 3+ Years of Experience

Location – Remote

Shift – Rotational Shift (typical 8*5)

Notice – Need Immediate Joiners (Max 1 week)

Responsibilities
  • Provide support for Priority 1 tickets on L1 Support project (24*7).
  • Possess the necessary technical expertise to handle L1 tickets effectively, along with strong communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work in 24×7 Shifts.
  • Having an ITIL 4 Foundation certification would be an added advantage.
