Job description

Job Title: Business Development Executive - International Voice Process - US Region

Work Location: Work From Office (Webel IT Park, Durgapur)

Shift: 9 PM - 6 AM (Night Shift - Fixed Shift)

Workdays: Monday to Friday (only the last Saturday of the month is working)

Job Responsibilities:

1. International Calling experience.
2. Quick and attentive speaking with clients.
3. Convincing skills/International Sales skills.
4. Transfer call to the supervisor after initial explanation.
5. Achieving the monthly given targets.
6. Customer Interaction.
7. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

Skills Required:

1. Excellent Communication Skills in English is mandatory.
2. Both Graduate/Undergraduate may apply.
3. Should have experience in International Voice process & International Sales.
4. Exceptional Knowledge in Sales is expected.
5. An enthusiastic and ambitious team player with an eye for detail and commitment.
6. Good planning and teamwork skills.
7. Candidates with experience in International BPO in outbound process are preferred.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
