Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced IFS Functional Consultant to design, configure, and optimize IFS Cloud ERP solutions. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications and ensure scalable implementations.

Responsibilities include conducting workshops, leading demonstrations, supporting integration and data migration, and producing documentation and training materials while staying current with IFS Cloud roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP consulting, at least 3 years in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Experience in at least 2 full cycle IFS cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of core business processes: finance, HCM, manufacturing, logistics, service, projects.
• Involvement in full-cycle ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Good knowledge of IFS PSO and IFS mobile application suite.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IFS Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the IFS Cloud ERP system. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IFS modules and business processes, working closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable ERP solutions tailored to organizational needs.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the IFS system.
• Configure and customize IFS modules (e.g., Enterprise Asset Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Projects, HR, CRM) based on best practices.
• Design, configure, customize IFS PSO and associated modules.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical team during the implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and support.
• Lead workshops and conduct functional demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to support integration, data migration, and reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, process flows, and training materials.
• Provide end-user support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated with IFS Cloud features, functionality, and roadmaps to advise on future enhancements.

Experience required:

• 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 3 years in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Experienced in at least 2 full cycle IFS cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of core business processes in one or more domains: finance, HCM, manufacturing, logistics, service, projects, etc.
• Involvement in full-cycle ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Good hands-on experience on IFS PSO preferred.
• Familiarity with IFS Aurena interface and IFS Cloud capabilities.
• Possess good knowledge in IFS mobile application suite
• Industry experience in utilities is highly preferred.
• Should be proficient in both Dutch and English language

Additional remarks (if any):

• IFS Certified Functional Consultant preferred
• Knowledge of project management or agile methodologies is a plus.
