Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks an experienced IFS Cloud EAM/ERP Senior Associate to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within our Business Application Consulting practice.

You will lead integrations, data migrations, and reporting, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience with IFS Cloud.
• 5+ years as a technical developer in IFS Cloud EAM/ERP.
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end IFS Cloud implementations.
• Fluent in English; strong communication with stakeholders.
• IFS Functional Certified Practitioner (Preferred).
• IFS Certified Practitioner Technical Consultant (Required).
• IFS Certified Practitioner Integration Developer (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in IFS Cloud EAM/ERP.
• Develop integrations using IFS Connect/REST and coordinate cutover.
• Own data migration with templates, cleansing, migration jobs.
• Configure IFS Cloud Aurana (Lobbies, Workflows, pages, fields).
• Develop reports using Quick Reports/SQL, IFS Report Designer/Studio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and write specs.
• Provide technical support; troubleshoot performance; optimize.
• Support upgrade process for IFS Cloud including testing and UAT.

As an IFS Cloud EAM and ERP - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Business Application Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Maximo Consulting to address complex challenges and drive impactful results. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on Field Service & Operations Modernisation. You will utilize your knowledge of Functional & Industry Technologies to support client engagements and contribute to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in IFS Cloud EAM/ERP. Customize IFS modules to meet specific business needs by writing and modifying PL/SQL code, utilizing APIs, and creating custom fields, menus, and reports.
• Develop and implement integration solutions using IFS Connect/REST (OData/Projections) and coordinate cutover to Ensure seamless data flow and integrity across the organization.
• Own data migration using templates, cleansing rules, validation, migration jobs and coordinate cutover.
• Configure IFS Cloud Aurana (Lobbies, Workflows, pages, custom fields/actions, projections), permissions/security, and application parameters.
• Develop reports/analytics using Quick Reports/SQL, IFS Report Designer, IFS Report Studio.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and create technical specifications. Document technical changes, configurations, and custom code to ensure knowledge transfer and system maintainability.
• Provide technical support to resolve complex issues within the IFS system, identifying root causes and implementing timely fixes. Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend optimization techniques to enhance system efficiency.
• Support the upgrade process for IFS Cloud, including testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing. Work closely with the IFS support team and internal IT to manage patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on root‑cause analysis and solution‑based development.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage development tasks within project timelines and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of accuracy and focus on quality in development work and documentation.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with IFS Cloud and 2+ years of experience in Integration Experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical developer in IFS Cloud EAM/ERP environments.
• Experience in at least 2 end to end implementation of any IFS Cloud Projects
• Implementation and configuration knowledge across IFS Cloud ERP, EAM,
• Demonstrated configuration expertise in core EAM processes (PM programs, work orders, resources, failure codes, materials).
• Working knowledge of Projections/REST APIs, IFS Connect, security/permission sets, and data migration tools.
• Strong PLSQL (Oracle) for troubleshooting and Reports.
• Understanding of discrete and/or process workflows and how they integrate with IFS Cloud module.
• Exposure to integration between IFS Cloud and other systems.
• IFS Functional Certified Practitioner in Financials/ Human Capital management / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Project ( Preferred )
• IFS Certified Practitioner Technical Consultant ( Required )
