Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Instruction & Mentorship
   • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
   • Provide personalized, constructive feedback on writing tasks and conduct mock speaking interviews.
   • Mentor junior trainers on classroom management and pedagogical techniques.
2. Curriculum & Content Development
   • Design and update comprehensive lesson plans and "hack" strategies for different question types.
   • Develop proprietary mock tests and supplementary materials to keep the curriculum competitive.
   • Stay updated on the latest IDP/British Council trends and format changes.
3. Performance Tracking
   • Monitor student progress through regular assessments and data-driven feedback.
   • Conduct "strategy sessions" for students stuck at a specific band plateau (e.g., the 6.5 Writing hurdle).
   • Maintain a high success rate for student target scores.
4. Administrative Leadership
   • Conduct initial diagnostic tests and counsel prospective students on their study paths.
   • Organize and oversee full-length weekly mock exams.
