Job summary

The IELTS Avenue is seeking a full-time IELTS Trainer for on-site work in Noida. You will conduct classroom sessions for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking, ensuring learners understand exam formats, strategies and scoring criteria.

You will design and update lesson plans, assess student performance with practice tests, provide detailed feedback, support spoken English, maintain progress records, and collaborate with the team to improve training materials.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in English Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to engage and support learners of diverse backgrounds.
• Candidates should possess skills in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and IELTS, with a clear understanding of exam patterns and assessment standards.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Lesson Planning, including creating structured, goal-oriented sessions and effective practice materials.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Prior experience as an IELTS trainer or English language instructor is highly beneficial.
• Relevant certifications in TESOL/TEFL or English language teaching are an advantage.
