Job summary

The IELTS Avenue in Noida is seeking a dedicated IELTS Trainer to join as a full-time, on-site instructor.

You will conduct classroom sessions for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, design lesson plans, assess progress, and provide feedback while supporting learners to improve spoken English. Strong English teaching background and familiarity with TESOL/TEFL is desirable; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Role Description The IELTS Trainer role at The IELTS Avenue is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions for IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking), ensuring learners understand exam formats, strategies, and scoring criteria. Daily responsibilities include designing and updating lesson plans, delivering interactive lessons, assessing student performance through practice tests, and providing detailed feedback. The trainer will also support learners with spoken English and language skills, maintain accurate records of progress, and collaborate with the team to continuously improve training materials and methods.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in English Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to engage and support learners of diverse backgrounds.
• Candidates should possess skills in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and IELTS, with a clear understanding of exam patterns and assessment standards.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Lesson Planning, including creating structured, goal-oriented sessions and effective practice materials.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Prior experience as an IELTS trainer or English language instructor is highly beneficial.
• Relevant certifications in TESOL/TEFL or English language teaching are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and guide learners toward target band scores.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
