A financial services provider is seeking a Relationship Manager for Kisan Credit Card services. You will enhance customer relationships and manage portfolios effectively, focusing on customer profitability and new sales leads. Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management, with a degree in a relevant field.
Role/Job Title: Relationship Manager-Kisan Credit Card
Function/Department: Rural Banking
Job Purpose: The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the KCC customers and ensure value added customer service. The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing and deepening. The role bearer would be responsible for providing customers with the best in-class experience to become their banking partner of choice. The role bearer is responsible for NTB clients and manage the relationship for a designated branch contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives.
Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.
Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.
Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.
Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.
