Job Description:

1. Recruiting top talent for our Clients.
2. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
3. Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.
4. Analyzing Searching, Calling, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements from different sources like job portals, references, networking sites etc.
5. Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
6. Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status updates on a regular basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
2. Familiar with different US Tax terms.
3. Experience recruiting from various domains.
4. Experience in VMS/ Direct client based US Recruiting.
5. Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
6. Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
7. Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
8. Good understanding of both domains based and technology-based recruiting.
9. Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to Monster, Dice, Career builder, free job boards, user groups, associations, phone lists, and other tools and technology resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹82,000.00 per month
