Role Title: SAP Identity & Access Management Manager

Bunge has an exciting opportunity available for an Identity & Access Management Manager. In this role you will be part of a global team working on challenging, meaningful projects impacting core business activities.
Overview
Responsibilities include managing IAM initiatives and processes, continuous improvement of IAM processes contributing to departmental planning, and applying specialized expertise to solve complex identity and access challenges.
Essential Functions
- Lead and manage the execution of significant Identity and Access Management projects and processes, ensuring their successful completion with limited oversight.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM practices, policies, and solutions by applying expertise and recommending best practices.
- Drive accountability for the outcomes of large and moderately complex IAM initiatives, providing input into resource allocation and policy development.
- Analyze and resolve complex, non-routine problems within Identity & Access Management.
- Act as a recognized subject matter expert within the organization for Identity & Access Management, offering in-depth knowledge and guidance.
- Ensure that all IAM activities adhere to security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, maintaining a strong compliance posture.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Successful delivery of IAM projects on time and within budget / Reduction in access‑related security incidents / Achievement of IAM compliance audit scores.
- Efficiency of IAM operational processes, e.g., provisioning/de‑provisioning times / User satisfaction with IAM services / Timeliness and accuracy of access certifications.
- Contribution to the development and implementation of new IAM capabilities / Adherence to security policies and regulatory mandates related to access.
Management/Leadership
- Manages operational plans, large‑scale projects, and critical processes within Identity & Access Management with a high degree of autonomy.
- Leads and influences substantial projects and initiatives, often providing daily guidance and direction to other professionals and support staff within the IAM team.
- Drives adherence to functional policy and broad procedures, making tactical choices to achieve established IAM objectives.
- Lead a team of 3‑5 people directly.
Key Relationships
- Internal: IT Leadership, Security Operations, Application Owners, Audit & Compliance, Human Resources, Legal, Project Management Office (PMO), various Business Unit stakeholders.
Knowledge and Technical Competencies
- In‑depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management principles, technologies, and best practices (e.g., IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA).
- Strong understanding of IAM system architecture and design / project management methodologies / GRC frameworks and SOX compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of relevant security standards, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX).
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires 10 - 12 years of progressively responsible position‑related functional management experience in SAP Identity & Access Management.
