PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Identity & Access Management - Senior Manager to lead secure IAM strategies and govern access to critical systems for a diverse client portfolio. You will mentor teams across cybersecurity and business services, delivering high-impact outcomes.

You will leverage Azure Active Directory and CyberArk, collaborat e with stakeholders, and drive governance, risk management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

As an Identity & Access Management - Senior Manager, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities. Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escape. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
• Demonstrating advanced skills in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Utilizing Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management for enhanced security
