Identity & Access Management Engineer – Virtual Directory Service Radiant Logic

Our Cyber Security Team provides intelligent security solutions, connecting technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. We create business value through continuously monitoring our network & systems, ensuring safety, security, and compliance of Baker Hughes network.

As an Identity & Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting and resolving VDS related incidents, requests, and changes.
• Troubleshooting end user/application authentication/authorization issues connecting to VDS and access/audit logs checking.
• Escalating and collaborating with higher levels of support including 3rd party.
• Adhering to ITIL change management processes.
• Providing rotational, 24/7 on-call support.
• Learning and partnering with senior teammates to participate in projects to enhance your skills.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Radiant Logic VDS Administration and Level 2 support.
• Willingness to work in US and Europe rotation shifts.
• Hands-on experience performing VDS upgrades and patches deployment.
• Experience in view creation and configuring LDAP Data Sources using Radiant Logic VDS console or context builder.
• Onboarding/integrating new users and applications onto the existing VDS platform.
• Creation of HDAP stores and support for annual certificate renewal.
• Experience with technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, directory services, Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS.
• Experience supporting IAM in a Hybrid environment (On-prem, Azure, or AWS).
• Experience with ServiceNow.

Good to have:

• Radiant Logic training certification.
• Experience implementing VDS installation.
• Knowledge of Windows PowerShell or Bash shell scripting language.
• Knowledge or experience with other IAM technologies such as Active Directory, digital certificates.
• Ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver while mentoring team members.
