Job Description :

• Individual should have 6 months to 2 years’ experience in serving direct client requirements and experience in USA IT recruitment & sourcing.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of US Geography, emerging skills, headhunting, LinkedIn, and internet search.
• Must have experience working with W2 or direct end clients.
• Familiarity with job boards, ATS databases, and management systems.
• Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Responsible for hiring on W2 and full-time positions.
• Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/techniques: W2/1099/Corp-to-Corp/H1 Transfers and well-versed with USA Visa Types.
• Extensive sourcing of candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards (i.e. Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CB, etc.), headhunting, and networking.

Note: This position is onsite Work from office.

Shift timing: 6.30 PM to 3.30 PM IST

Location: Lucknow, UP

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹39,000.00 per month
