Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing; GNM General Nursing and Midwifery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and NICU settings.
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and respond effectively to changes in condition.
• Administer IV medications and manage ventilators to ensure patient stability.
• Deliver postoperative care and support recovery processes.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly, providing critical emergency support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
• Implement infection control practices to prevent healthcare-associated infections.
• Conduct thorough neurological assessments and report findings to the medical team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate patients' families on care plans and provide emotional support.
