Job summary

Trishulx Services Llp is seeking an experienced ICU specialist to manage and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU, including ventilated cases and multi-organ failure, with strong emphasis on prompt resuscitation and coordinated team care.

The ideal candidate holds MD/DNB Critical Care or MD/DNB Anaesthesia with extensive ICU experience and may have IDCCM/IFCCM/FNB Critical Care qualifications.

Qualifications

• MD/DNB Critical Care or MD/DNB Anaesthesia with strong ICU experience.
• IDCCM, IFCCM, or FNB Critical Care qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor critically ill and high-risk patients in the ICU.
• Handle ventilated patients, sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, and multi-organ failure.
• Perform airway management, resuscitation, and emergency critical-care procedures.
• Respond promptly to ICU emergencies and patient deterioration.
• Coordinate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
• Provide emergency and on-call support as per hospital requirements.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow patient-safety and critical-care protocols.
