Location: Kolkata/Mumbai/Chennai/Gurgaon

The Role

The candidate will need to review deal documents related to CLOs, securitisation, and warehouse transactions.

The candidate will be responsible for performing documentation, configuration, and customization related work in proprietary analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work in conjunction with other members of the team to implement and configure proprietary applications.
  2. Support clients by answering business-related questions with the applications.
  3. Participate in client meetings and due diligence sessions with responsibility to document business requirements.
  4. Review deal documents related to securitization and warehouse transactions.
  5. Assist the team on technical presentations and travel as needed to client sites for on-site visits.
  6. Provide input on client requirements to senior team members as well as the product management team.
  7. Overlap working hours with the US time zone may be required.
The Candidate:

Experience Range: 2-5 Years

Post Graduate degree with an emphasis in finance, economics, accounting, math, or related quantitative field.

Background in structured finance and exposure to different ratio analysis is a plus.

Strong quantitative and technical skills along with complex analytical problem-solving ability.

Some experience in using financial technology, application of quantitative methods, or database administration.

Strong working knowledge of Python and Excel.

  3. Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
