Job summary

Savantis Solutions India is seeking a senior technical leader to drive IBM Sterling OMS initiatives across complex omnichannel programs. You will shape end-to-end architecture, govern implementations, and guide teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native order management solutions.

You will collaborate with CTO/VP-level stakeholders, mentor consultants, and lead cross-functional technical discussions to advance the OMS practice for global retailers.

Qualifications

• 12-20 years of hands-on experience in IBM Sterling OMS, including v10.0+ and OMOC.
• Deep knowledge of Sterling OMS architecture, extensibility framework, and database structures.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligent Promising, Inventory Visibility (IV), and OMOC on Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Kafka/MQ and enterprise integrations.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience with global inventory visibility, fulfilment, and omnichannel retail.
