Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Computer Science/IT (BTech/BE/BSc or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage development and support.
• Strong working knowledge of ETL concepts, data warehousing fundamentals, and relational databases.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, transformations, and performance tuning.
• Experience in debugging ETL workflows and supporting production deployments with attention to reliability and accuracy.
• Preferred Qualifications: DataStage parallel framework concepts, partitioning strategies, and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with job scheduling, dependency management, and operational monitoring for ETL pipelines.
• Exposure to data reconciliation approaches, audit controls, and handling incremental/CDC-style loads.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, communicate technical findings clearly, and contribute to delivery timelines.
• Experience working with version control and structured release processes for ETL artifacts.
• Good to have skills: Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, IBM DB2, Oracle, Informatica PowerCenter
