Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking an IB DP Mathematics Facilitator to deliver high-quality mathematics instruction within the IB Diploma Programme at the school campus. The role focuses on inquiry-based teaching, problem-solving support, and preparation for internal and external IB assessments.

The facilitator will teach Mathematics: Analysis & Approaches and/or Applications & Interpretation (SL & HL as required), develop lesson plans, and collaborate with IB faculty to ensure

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related field.
• 2–5 years teaching experience, preferably in senior secondary grades.
• Experience in IB DP Mathematics preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge in Algebra, Calculus, Statistics, and Probability.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach IB DP Mathematics to Grades 11 and 12 (SL & HL).
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IB curriculum standards.
• Develop lesson plans, unit plans, and instructional materials.
• Support differentiated learning to meet diverse student needs.
• Guide IA and prepare students for IB External Examinations.
• Assess assignments and maintain accurate academic records.
• Provide timely feedback to support student progress.
• Collaborate with IB faculty for curriculum planning.
• Attend staff meetings, parent meetings, and school events.
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Encourage analytical thinking and real-world application of mathematics.

Job Summary

The IB DP Mathematics Facilitator is responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics instruction within the IB Diploma Programme. The role includes teaching mathematical concepts using inquiry-based methods, supporting students in problem-solving and analytical thinking, and preparing them for internal and external IB assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Responsibilities

• Teach IB DP Mathematics to Grades 11 and 12 (SL & HL levels).
• Handle Mathematics: Analysis & Approaches (AA) and/or Applications & Interpretation (AI) based on school requirements.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IB curriculum standards.
• Develop lesson plans, unit plans, and instructional materials.
• Support differentiated learning to meet diverse student needs.

Assessment Responsibilities

• Guide students in Internal Assessments (IA) and mathematical explorations.
• Prepare students for IB External Examinations.
• Assess assignments and maintain accurate academic records.
• Provide timely feedback to support student progress.
• Monitor and track student performance.

General Responsibilities

• Participate in IB training workshops and professional development.
• Collaborate with IB faculty for curriculum planning.
• Attend staff meetings, parent meetings, and school events.
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Encourage analytical thinking and real-world application of mathematics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years teaching experience, preferably in senior secondary grades.
• Experience in IB DP Mathematics preferred.
