iapp Technologies LLP is hiring for the Business Development Manager (Web/Mobile) Profile.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Excellent Understanding of the bidding portals like Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.
- Ability to place bids, train & manage bidding team and get as many responses (leads) as possible.
- Respond to Upwork / Inbound Leads, qualify them, move them through deal-making stages.
- Must be an expert in Proposals writing, which includes project scope understanding, technologies, work breakdown structure, terms & conditions etc.
- Review of RFP, RFQ and RFI shared by the clients, understand prospective business’ needs, offering solutions and support with the goal to convert them into opportunities.
- Answering queries through email, Skype chats and follow-up calls.
- In-depth understanding of IT Software development life cycle.
- Budget and time negotiation for closing sales, and working with prospects through the closing process.
- Communicating with clients, get involved in the project delivery in case any issue arises in terms of clarification of scope or adding further functionalities to the scope, in addition to the existing scope etc.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience of selling web & mobile based solutions to the international clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to meet targets and deadlines.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BDM is required.
