Job summary

A global consulting firm is looking for a Non-exec IAM EHS Enablon Consultant to drive EHS digital transformation. You will lead workshops, manage project workstreams, and provide strategic recommendations for Enablon systems. Principal Duties
Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on EHS & Sustainability digital transformation, leveraging Enablon best practices.
  • Lead workshops to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and align client needs with Enablon capabilities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for Enablon system design, configuration, integration, and adoption.
Solution Design & Delivery
  • Own the end-to-end Enablon implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering, design specification, configuration, testing, to go-live.
  • Design and configure modules across domains such as Incident Management, Risk & Compliance, Audits & Inspections, Air Quality, Waste, ESG Metrics, and Sustainability Reporting.
  • Configure shared functions (axes, users, organizational structures, platform settings) and advanced factories (Report, Form, Rule, Approval).
  • Drive complex system enhancements, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.
Project Management & Leadership
  • Lead small to mid-sized project workstreams within Enablon programs, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Guide Analysts/Junior Consultants in configuration, documentation, and client communication.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to leadership as required.
  • Ensure compliance with delivery frameworks, Agile methodologies, and ITIL processes.
Integration & Technical Alignment
  • Coordinate with technical teams to design and execute Enablon integrations with ERP, HR, and Compliance tools.
  • Oversee data migration strategy, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Partner with third-party vendors for upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Testing, Deployment & Support
  • Define test strategies, scenarios, and scripts; oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Lead deployment planning, cutover readiness, and hyper care support post-go-live.
  • Provide L3 support and solution stabilization guidance for production systems.
Change Management & Training
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and workshops to drive user adoption.
  • Support organizational change management by aligning stakeholders and managing end-user readiness.
Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, and analytics (Power BI, PowerApps, Enablon KPIs).
  • Track industry trends, sustainability regulations, and digital EHS innovations to enhance client solutions.
  • Contribute to Accenture knowledge capital through reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of EHS regulations, ESG reporting frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Preferred: Enablon certifications or advanced training in EHS software platforms.
Experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end EHS software implementation (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support).
  • 3-4 years of proven expertise across multiple Enablon modules (Incident Management, Risk & Compliance, Audits, Waste, Air Quality, ESG Metrics, Sustainability Reporting).
  • Experience leading client workshops, defining solution roadmaps, and creating design specifications.
  • Strong experience in shared functions and factories (Report, Form, Rule, Approval).
  • Experience integrating Enablon with enterprise systems (ERP, HR, Compliance) and managing data migration projects.
  • Hands-on involvement in managing UAT, cutover, and go-live support.
  • Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and service management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Experience guiding analysts/junior consultants and mentoring teams.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word is mandatory. VB Scripts and Macros are a plus.
