Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Enterprise Operating Model Manager in Bengaluru to lead operating model design and organization design initiatives for client engagements.

You will work with C-level stakeholders, translate business goals into effective structures, and mentor junior team members while delivering data-driven transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• MBA with 6+ years in strategy consulting and operating model transformation.
• Translate front-office requirements into effective organizational structures and governance models.
• Experience working with CEO/CSO/CHRO as primary stakeholders.
• Exposure to HR, Finance, IT, procurement delivery models is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients, leveraging understanding of business strategies and goals impacting operating model and organizational design.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to gain buy-in and support for operating model initiatives.
• Develop a strategic vision for the operating model that aligns with the clients broader business objectives.
• Design an optimal operating model structure, including service delivery models, governance frameworks, and procedures.
• Identify and recommend best practices in organizational operations, including centralization of functions and use of technology to enable efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients'' existing functions, including analysis of organizational structure, processes, technology, and resource allocation.
• Provide expert advice on design, implementation, and optimization of operating models.
• Build deep understanding of clients business strategies and goals, and how this shapes their operating model strategies in a global context.
• Help client achieve long-term success by identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns with data, and co-creating future-proof operating models and roadmaps.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients as a trusted advisor; mentor junior Strategy team members.

Qualification

Education/Qualification:

• Post MBA 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting with exposure to Operating Model Transformation (including assessment, design and roll out)
• Strong understanding of customer-facing operating models through experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Service, or related functions
• Ability to translate front-office business requirements into effective organizational structures, governance models, roles, and capabilities.
• Exposure to corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.) and their respective delivery models is advantageous.
• Strategic Mindset to shape innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models
• Issue Based Problem Solving to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions
• Business Acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients with the latest industry trends, innovations and disruptions, metrics and value drivers
• An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.
