Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Manager-level consultant for Trade Finance under the Banking practice, located in Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The role focuses on shaping new business models, collaborating with clients, and delivering transformation programs in global networks.

You will mentor teams, lead workshops, and contribute to thought leadership while leveraging Finacle, CGI, Finastra Trade Innovation, and other leading platforms.

Qualifications

• MBA from Tier-1 B-school with 6–12 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms, or analytics in banks/financial services.
• Experience in digital transformation, documentary operations, issuance or advisory, OCR tools, AI, automation, document management, SWIFT, blockchain.
• Experience advising clients to design, develop, and implement solutions such as Finacle, CGI, Finastra Trade Innovation, Misys, Microsoft, TRIMS, Newgen Omniflow, Traydstream, Bolero, Demica, TradeIX.
• Exposure to documentary trade, LC, bank guarantees, supply chain finance, receivables/payables finance, factoring, forfaiting, distributor financing, invoice discounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and drive process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement.
• Interface with cross-functional client teams to perform project management activities.
• Support leaders in drafting winning pitches and discover new business opportunities.
• Mentor team members and contribute to asset development and capability building.
• Estimate resource effort and cost budgets to ensure project scope is met.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to drive success of market solutions.
