Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Enterprise Performance Management (Planning) Consultant to drive EPM/CPM initiatives across Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and other locations. The role requires 3–5 years of experience with Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAC, OneStream, Tagetik and related tools.

You will lead planning, budgeting and forecasting solution design, workshop facilitation, and delivery across multiple work streams, including configuration, testing, and training materials.

Qualifications

• MBA(Finance) or CA or CMA is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in EPM/CPM consulting.
• Exposure to planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Create EPM process framework and blueprint for clients.
• Recommend Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting approaches and roadmaps.
• Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Align business requirements to implement a technical solution.
• Prepare design sessions and documentation.
• Configure planning application components to deliver solutions.
• Lead work streams for Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting delivery.
• Prepare key deliverables such as design documents, test plans, and training materials.

Job Summary

• Creating enterprise performance management process framework & Blueprint for the clients
• Recommending Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Implementation approach, leading practices, and roadmaps
• Interacting with client, Drive workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
• Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
• Preparation and facilitation of application design sessions
• Configuration of planning application components to deliver solution
• Lead individual work streams associated with Planning solution delivery. Examples include: Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting workstream Lead, Functional Test Cycle Lead, Application Configuration and Unit Testing Lead, Training Lead
• Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.
• Assistance with data conversion and interfacing activities.
