Job summary

Accenture Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an Enterprise Performance Management (Planning) Consultant in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad. The role requires 3–5 years of experience and MBA Finance or CA/CMA qualifications.

You will architect EPM blueprints, drive workshops, and lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives. The candidate will configure planning components, prepare design and test artifacts, and coordinate data conversion tasks across client engagements.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) or CA/CMA is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise performance management.
• Must have experience with Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP GR, SAC, OneStream, Tagetik or Workiva.

Responsibilities

• Create EPM process framework and blueprints for clients.
• Recommend Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting approaches and roadmaps.
• Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Align requirements to implement technical EPM solutions.
• Prepare design sessions and key deliverables (design docs, test docs).
• Configure planning application components to deliver solutions.
• Lead Planning solution delivery streams and testing activities.

Job Summary

• Creating enterprise performance management process framework & Blueprint for the clients
• Recommending Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Implementation approach, leading practices, and roadmaps
• Interacting with client, Drive workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
• Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
• Preparation and facilitation of application design sessions
• Configuration of planning application components to deliver solution
• Lead individual work streams associated with Planning solution delivery. Examples include: Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting workstream Lead, Functional Test Cycle Lead, Application Configuration and Unit Testing Lead, Training Lead
• Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.
• Assistance with data conversion and interfacing activities.
