Job summary

Accenture is seeking an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Sr Analyst in Gurgaon to drive financial planning and analysis using advanced Power BI and data analytics. You will build real-time dashboards, perform complex modeling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and decision-making.

The role demands 5–8 years of experience, BE/BTech or graduation, and strong skills in SQL, data visualization, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into financial performance
• Develop interactive visualizations for executive dashboards, operational metrics, and KPI tracking
• Implement row-level security and advanced DAX calculations for complex financial metrics
• Design self-service analytics solutions that empower business users to explore data independently
• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI environments including dataset optimization and performance tuning
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines to integrate financial data from multiple ERP/EPM systems, databases, and external sources
• Build and maintain data warehouses and marts optimized for financial reporting and analysis
• Develop automated ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• Collaborate with IT teams to establish data governance frameworks and security protocols
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Leverage Copilot to accelerate report development and enhance data storytelling capabilities
• Implement natural language query features to make financial data more accessible to non-technical stakeholders
• Utilize Copilot's AI capabilities for automated insights generation and anomaly detection in financial data
• Train business users on Copilot functionality to promote self-service analytics adoption
• Stay current with Copilot feature releases and integrate new capabilities into existing workflows
• Design dimensional data models and star schemas optimized for financial reporting requirements
• Create calculated fields, measures, and KPIs that align with business objectives and accounting standards
• Implement data validation rules and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy
