Job summary

Hilton in India is seeking a Hygiene Manager to design and implement hygiene protocols across the hotel, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead a hygiene team, train staff, manage budgets, and monitor cleaning standards, leveraging your knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment to keep every area spotless and safe. This role also requires strong leadership and a commitment to Hilton’s high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Manager: Minimum of 3 years in a hygiene management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Assistant Manager: Minimum of 2-3 years in hygiene roles within the hospitality industry, with supervisory or management positions.
• Supervisor: 2-3 years of experience in hygiene roles within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).

• Manager: Minimum of 3 years in a hygiene management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
