Hilton in Lucknow, India is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain immaculate guest rooms and deliver the light and warmth of hospitality throughout each stay. You will perform cleaning, linen replenishment, and daily housekeeping tasks, contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires physical stamina, courteous guest interaction, and availability for shifts including weekends and holidays. Basic English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and deep cleaning as needed.
• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.

As a Room Attendant, you're not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Housekeeping department
• Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
• Efficient in completing tasks within set timeframes.
• Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
