Role Description

The Hydra Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohpa. The Hydra Operator will be responsible for operating Hydra cranes and related lifting equipment to move materials safely and efficiently on construction sites. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment before use, following load charts, coordinating with site supervisors and signalers, and adhering to safety protocols and site regulations. The role also involves assisting with basic maintenance checks, reporting equipment issues, and supporting general site activities when required. Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating Hydra cranes or similar lifting equipment, with a valid operator license or certification as required by local regulations.


• Solid understanding of safe lifting practices, load handling, and crane operation safety standards.


• Ability to read and follow basic instructions, load charts, and site plans relevant to lifting operations.
