A luxury hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager – Banquets in Kolkata to assist in managing banquet operations efficiently, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in hotel operations and possess strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Assistant Manager – Banquets is responsible to assist the Banquet Manager in ensuring that the banquet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 7 years work experience in hotels operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
