AGIO Pharmaceuticals Limited in Pune seeks an Engineering & Utilities Operator/Technician/Officer to manage water systems, boilers, HVAC and related utilities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The role requires experience in pharma plants, ITI/ diploma or higher in refrigeration/HVAC, and willingness to work in rotational shifts with proper handover. You will ensure compliant operation and timely maintenance of critical utilities.

Qualifikationen

• Pharma manufacturing plant experience is mandatory.
• ITI/ Diploma/ B.Sc./M.Sc./BE in relevant disciplines.
• Experience in pharmaceutical engineering and utilities is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operate and maintain pharmaceutical water systems (DM, UF, PW, WFI, RO, EDI, MEDS, Pure Steam).
• Operate and maintain Non-IBR boilers, water softeners, air compressors and DG sets.
• Handle HVAC systems including AHUs, DHUs, chillers, cooling towers and EMS.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and inspections.
• Monitor conductivity, temperature, humidity, pressure and water quality.
• Maintain equipment logbooks, maintenance records and cGMP documentation.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, GDP and safety procedures with proper shift handover.
• Attend emergency breakdowns in pharma manufacturing plants; MEDS duties as installed.
• Rotational shifts and proper shift handover required.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain pharmaceutical water systems, including DM, UF, PW, WFI, RO, EDI, MEDS and Pure Steam.

Utility-Boiler may be required to attend emergency breakdowns. Boiler-related proficiency/authorization should be verified as applicable.
