Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a proactive HVAC Engineer to manage the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems on commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

The ideal candidate will perform heat and cooling load calculations, review drawings, coordinate with clients and vendors, supervise installations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Hands-on project execution and system optimization.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, test, commission, and maintain HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Perform heat load and cooling load calculations and prepare HVAC layouts and system designs.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation activities and ensure work is completed within project timelines.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation, and ducting.
• Prepare project documentation, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Support project planning, estimation, material selection, and vendor coordination.
