Job summary

Trac Fujico Air Systems in Chennai is seeking an experienced HVAC design professional for turnkey centralized systems. You will handle surveying, drafting, cost estimation, budgeting and submittals for complex projects including chillers, VRF and ventilation.

The role requires travel to sites, client meetings and coordinations with manufacturing. Autocad knowledge is preferred and a two-wheeler is desirable for local travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, MEP and Govt projects design and drafting.
• Willing to travel to site inspections and client meetings as required.
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Own two-wheeler for local travel; travel costs reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Surveying, drafting, designing, engineering, costing and budgeting for turnkey centralized HVAC systems (high-side & low-side).
• Include chillers, chilled water, VRF, ventilation, air washers and dehumidifiers.
• Support manufacturing plant with design and budgeting.
• Prepare technical submittals, shop drawings and as-built documentation.

Role & responsibilities

• Surveying, Drafting, Designing, Engineering, Costing & Estimation, Budgeting, for Turnkey Centralized HVAC system (both Hiside & lowside)
• including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc
• Also supporting the manufacturing plant for designing & budgeting
• Preparing Technical submittals, shop drawings, handing over docs, as built drawings, etc

Preferred candidate profile

• experienced & Sound knowledge on HVAC, MEP and Govt Projects' Design,& drafting
• Ready to travel to other projects for site inspection,, meetings & for all important client meetings, etc. whenever required
• Having two wheeler for the local travelling ( official travel cost will be refunded)
• Having Autocad knowledge is prreferred
• Dynamic & self driven
