Job Description:
Working within the Call Center, you will be a solutions provider for issues related to our complete product line (current and legacy equipment). In support of our mission, you will work directly with our customers. You will work with Regional service technicians to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner and logged for future reference in our call tracking system.
