Responsibilities
  • Offer Letter & Documentation: Prepare accurate offer letters and verify candidate documents for EBO & Modern Trade hiring.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle end-to-end HR operations (onboarding to exit) for respective departments ensuring compliance and timeliness of Modern trade department.
  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate screening, interviews, and onboarding with hiring managers.
  • Attendance & Payroll Coordination: Conduct monthly reconciliation and data validation for payroll accuracy for EBO and Modern trade.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute monthly engagement activities in collaboration with HR leadership in various departments.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain dashboards and reports for attendance, hiring, and performance tracking.
Key Skills / Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, documentation, and compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (GreytHR preferred)
  • Advanced Excel & MIS reporting capabilities
  • Knowledge of payroll coordination and attendance reconciliation
