About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and onboarding:
   1. Source and recruit candidates using various job portals and networks.
   2. Conduct interviews, coordinate with departments, and finalize selections.
   3. Handle new employee joining formalities and onboarding processes.
2. Employee records and compliance:
   1. Generate UAN and manage PF/ESIC registrations.
   2. Prepare and issue appointment letters and maintain detailed employee records.
   3. Ensure compliance with labor laws, including maintaining statutory registers.
3. Payroll and attendance management:
   1. Oversee attendance records and ensure timely salary processing.
   2. Handle employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and other benefits.
4. Industrial relations and legal management:
   1. Address employee grievances and foster a harmonious workplace.
   2. Assist in industrial relations and manage labor union interactions.
   3. Draft legal documents, manage RTI responses, and support HR and compliance audits.
5. HR administration:
   1. Draft official emails and handle general employee communications.
   2. Document HR processes and policies, and manage compliance documentation.
   3. Maintain detailed knowledge of labor laws and ensure adherence to legal standards.

Additional responsibilities:

1. Support in HR audits and compliance checks.
2. Coordinate recruitment drives and campus hiring initiatives.
3. Provide assistance in internal and external reporting.
