Role Description

This is a full-time HR Executive role based in Jaipur. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization. Employee Reports, Employee Training, Employee Performance

Qualifications

• HR Management and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
