Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies
  • Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports
  • Assist with HR documentation, policies, and compliance
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
  • Handle basic grievance redressal and employee queries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment especially
  • Strong knowledge of hiring strategies and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication skills

NOTE: Interviews will be offline so candidates from Jaipur are preferred.
