Ensuring smooth HR operations within the hotel by managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance activities. They contribute to building a positive workplace culture, ensure employee engagement, and support operational needs.
Conduct Engagement activities, recruitment activities and employee life cycle exercise
*In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, performs any other assignment given by the management within the scope of job
Graduation, Masters in Business adminstration or Post gradutate diploma in Human resources Management or any other relevant education.
2-3 years of work experience
Should be fluent in English and preferably the Regional dialect.
