Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR processes and must have prior experience using Keka HRMS for core HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, attendance, and performance management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
  • Maintain and update employee records using Keka HRMS
  • Handle payroll processing and coordinate with finance for disbursements
  • Track and manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding activities
  • Support HR operations and compliance documentation
  • Generate reports and analytics from Keka for management reviews
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations roles
  • Mandatory experience with Keka HRMS
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
