Job description

Are you a seasoned CRM expert skilled in building enterprise-grade solutions across the HubSpot ecosystem? We are looking for a HubSpot Senior Developer to join our team, lead technical designs, and drive large-scale CRM transformations!

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Lead end-to-end implementation and technical design across Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Operations Hubs.
  
• Custom Development: Build custom modules, themes, landing pages, and templates using HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  
• Integrations & APIs: Design and implement robust integrations with third-party systems (ERP, Finance, E-commerce) via REST APIs, OAuth, private apps, and webhooks.
  
• Automation: Develop custom-coded workflows, serverless functions (Node.js), and advanced lead routing/scoring models.
  
• Data Management: Oversee complex data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and schema architecture (custom objects, associations, pipelines).
  
• Leadership & Delivery: Conduct technical discovery, mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and support testing/deployment phases.
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years in CRM development with strong hands-on HubSpot administration & custom development.
  
• Tech Stack: HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, OAuth, Webhooks, Git.
  
• HubSpot Expertise: Deep understanding of custom objects, programmable automation, sandboxes, and security governance.
  
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex configuration issues, API limits, and data syncs.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Official HubSpot certifications (CMS for Developers, Data Integrations, Platform Consulting, etc.).
  
• Hands-on experience with middleware tools (Workato, Make, Zapier, MuleSoft).
  
• Experience in Agile environments and mentoring cross-functional delivery teams.
