We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head.

In this role, you will:

1. Coordinate with Product Management, UX and architects to come up with high level design for the features, estimates, plan, and timelines for the delivery.
2. This is a hands-on role that involves understanding the product at a detailed level and contributing to design discussions and code reviews.
3. Accountable to formulate the technology roadmap for product, technology strategy, target operating model & change lifecycle.
4. Define release scope in conjunction with product management, own end-to-end delivery of new features and service releases, often in parallel.
5. Help with ongoing escalations as required and establish lean engineering practices such as CI/CD, TDD, effective code reviews, etc.
6. Manage transformation of project management activities, monitoring and reporting of key project deliverables/risk/issues, building dashboard and program level metrics for senior management.
7. Defining the team structure and hiring and strengthening the team to support product roadmap and company vision.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Must have worked in development software engineering role, preferably full stack, micro-services or cloud for at least 5 years and has delivered software projects/products.
2. Able to effectively play technical project management role by contributing at various levels: Requirement Gathering, Designing, Estimations, Planning and scheduling, Pre-sales calls, Reporting, etc.
3. Proven track record of delivering on multiple projects while managing multiple priorities.
4. Process driven with result oriented and growth mindset.
5. Leadership qualities with excellent people management skills.
