Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist in DevOps. The role involves creating and managing Kubernetes and Kafka environments and supporting the development team with related issues. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in DevOps, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Kafka, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and administer Kubernetes and Kafka environments, support the development team.
• Work on Kafka Cluster brokers, broker sizing, topic sizing, hardware sizing, performance monitoring, security, and access management (ACL).
• Create topics, set up redundancy clusters, deploy monitoring tools, and implement best practices.
• Utilize tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible.
• Implement DevOps culture through CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

Requirements

• Experience in Apache Kafka administration, Google Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, DevOps, ISTIO, Github.
• Knowledge of Unix/Shell scripting.
• Good to have experience with Ansible, Docker.
• Leadership skills to guide team members.

Additional Skills

• Groovy knowledge is a plus.
