We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

1. Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements, and related benefits.
2. Understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
3. Manage end-to-end data lifecycle process in all stages.
4. Design, support, and maintain existing Qlik Sense dashboards. Create Data Models that optimize performance and extensibility. Create Visualizations by translating requirements and finding innovative solutions.
5. Be a critical thinker who can successfully troubleshoot and solve data quality performance issues.
6. Manage key project milestones with limited direct supervision.
7. Work in a fast-paced, self-managed environment and juggle priorities based on project needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Good experience and understanding of the end-to-end training lifecycle management, learning ecosystem, and infrastructure.
2. 3+ years of experience in MS Excel, VBA, and other MS Office Suite.
3. 2+ years of experience in data lifecycle management (data collection, data processing, data analysis, visualize the data insights and presentation).
4. 2+ years of experience in Qlik Sense with proficiency in building Qlik Sense load scripts and Qlik Sense apps. Good experience in Design, Visualization, Admin, Nprinting, Server management basics, and SQL, should be able to debug the existing dashboard and resolve issues.
5. Strong knowledge of Qlik techniques and complex functions (e.g., set analysis, aggregation, date string functions, formatting, mapping conditional statements, etc.).
6. Good knowledge of SharePoint administration.
7. Should be certified in one of the ETL visualization tools.
