We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. This is an individual contributor role responsible for leading in developing the most appropriate and secure Technology solutions using iterative software development/programming in line with the solution design, to meet customer needs, ensuring continuous improvement. It may also require managing multiple modules within a project of small sizes.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Good knowledge on Dynamics365 CRM Sales Module (MB – 210).
  • Experience on Plugins, Workflows, Custom workflows, Business Rules, Business Process Flows and Dialogs on their configurations as per requirements.
  • Good Knowledge on Azure DevOps Concepts and reporting tools like QlikView (Additional advantage).
  • Need to have Azure cloud knowledge (AZ -900)
  • Experience in understanding of Scripting languages like HTML, JavaScript, C# and other web resources parts.
  • Experience on SQL queries, SSIS and SSRS.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft power platforms (Microsoft Flows, Power Apps, [Power Bi(additional advantage)] )
  • Experience on Monitoring CRM with any third-party applications like Azure App Insights, App Dynamics, Splunk.
  • Understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products – O365, PowerPoint, Word, teams and Excel
  • Experience with IBM Rational Team Concert (IBM RTC), JIRA Support desk or Microsoft Azure DevOps would be an asset but not a necessity
  • Experience on Mule Integrations and API interfaces is an add on advantage
  • Previous experience supporting financial applications: Banking Domain understanding.
  • Good at debugging, ability to pin point code lines that cause issue
  • Able to provide and help release fixes to production.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Working knowledge of supporting SaaS/PaaS/IaaS Cloud platforms and principles, Azure cloud is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills both written and Verbal
  • Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities
  • Familiar with risk-based decision-making and escalations
  • Confident in communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and senior managers
  • Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage and balance competing agendas
  • Ability to translate technical jargon to fit various audiences
  • Eagerness to learn new things
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodology and DevOps and ITIL framework.
