Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands PO, invoice requests from global stakeholders.
  • Understands third party spend of HWSW and able to ensure requisitions are in line with spend approval.
  • Verifies purchase requisitions/expense requests related to Software/Hardware by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
  • Assemble, review and verify invoices/purchase order/contracts and check if ties back to actuals and forecasted spend.
  • Dive deeply into all financial data and provide additional insights and identify required action items, i.e., helps analyzing workflow processes starting from Cost Planning – Cost requests – Purchase order – Actuals.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with IT functions/Host finance and other stakeholders in the entire cost management workflow.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Analyses the information by collecting and summarizing data and trend.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Finance Preferred) and more than 9-10 years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
  • Sound Knowledge of purchase orders/contracts accounting/financial/operational principles for Hardware and software expenses.
  • Experience developing meaningful reports and metrics.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Very Strong Excel, data analyzing, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication.
