We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:

1. As a Business Analyst and subject matter expert, you will translate the Asset distribution (Risk Weighted Assets) needs of the bank into requirements aligned with the overall product strategy and various site implementations.
2. Help to build Asset Distribution capabilities for Trade finance products like Supply Chain, Receivables Finance, Traditional Trade.
3. This involves working closely and collaboratively with our business users globally, turning their needs into requirements, developing functional designs, and working to configure and test to match the desired operational model.
4. You will provide ongoing collaborative guidance and assistance to the Architects, development, Testing and implementation teams to ensure that the requirements are accurately implemented with our future strategy in mind.

Requirements:

1. At least 8 years of relevant experience, 5+ years in Trade Finance.
2. Extensive Business Analysis experience in an agile setting, exposure to user story writing, wire framing, prototyping, workflows (as is and to be), test strategy, test planning and scenarios, Demos, Post live support, etc.
3. Superior oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and senior stakeholder management in a global virtual environment.
4. Analytical and creative approach to solution design and problem solving.
5. Fair understanding of technology, knowledge of latest trends in the domain is desirable.
6. Industry certifications on technical and domain like APTFFE, CSPO, PSPO etc. will be an added advantage.
