We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

1. Speak as the ‘one voice of the customer’, bridging the gap between the business and IT.
2. Communicate the vision of the market, customer and product and direct the team to best achieve business value.
3. Provide the team with business domain expertise.
4. Work with the Agile teams to break epics down into user stories, and work with the Technical Product Manager to allocate them to the most appropriate pod.
5. Review epics and user stories to ensure they align to the product vision, challenging where necessary.

Requirements:

1. Strong Functional Background and Strong understanding of Private Banking Domain/Investment Banking/Capital Markets.
2. Experience working on Avaloq platform.
3. Strong leadership skills, role requires interaction with senior individuals across systems/functions, excellent communication skills.
4. Good Project Management Skills and strong Business Analysis skills.
5. Determine business suitability of proposed requirements with architect, developers and other relevant team members and provide recommendations.
6. Validate proposed solutions with business representatives and technical team to ensure solutions and restrictions are clearly understood.
7. Define and document solutions and changes producing comprehensive documents supported by structured analysis techniques and methodologies.
8. Experience in any Banking domain and good knowledge of Agile practices and be able to work in Agile/DevOps environment.
