We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

1. Analyze user requirements to define business objectives
2. Envision system features and functionality
3. Define application objectives and functionality, ensure application designs conform with business goals
4. Develop and test software, identify and resolve any technical issues
5. Create detailed design documentation, develop technical designs for application development and develop documentation to help users
6. Write well designed, testable code
7. Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
8. Prepare and produce releases of software components, participate in Production Support and resolve Incidents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Relevant experience as a developer using AS400/i-Series Technologies, should have working experience in Cobol 400, CLP, DB2 and SQL400
2. Knowledge and experience on Mongo DB would be an added advantage
3. Nice to have Dev-Ops tools like Jenkins and Agile Scrum process and Jira
4. Knowledge of Credit Risk domain would be preferred
5. Working experience on the Credit Risk management applications will be an added advantage
