We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:
  1. Shape and lead initiation activities and operating model definition, managing and executing the analysis activity within one or more of the priority programmes.
  2. Oversee Change Management activities from early change planning to designing and delivering change interventions.
  3. Be responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change product.

  1. Anticipates and manages stakeholder expectations, fostering open and honest communication.
  2. Identifies and analyses complex problems, generating feasible and creative solutions.
  3. Facilitates stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Uses understanding of the Group’s strategy to inform business decisions.

  1. Coordinates requirements gathering, documentation, prioritisation and traceability.
  2. Challenges requirements and designs detailed, innovative business solutions.
  3. Supports the business in assessing current state operating model and translating strategy into target operating models.
